Don Lemon is again.
The previous CNN anchor on Wednesday responded Elon Musk’s name to release a brand new virtual display on his platform — and has introduced he’ll go back to media on X.
“I’ve heard you… and today I am back bigger, bolder, freer! My new media company’s first project is ‘The Don Lemon Show,'” he shared on Instagram.
“It will be available to everyone, easily, whenever and wherever you want it, streaming on the platforms where the conversations are happening. And you’ll find it first on X, the biggest space for speech in the world,” he wrote.
Musk made it identified he’d need veteran anchors — like Rachel Maddow and Lemon — to imagine bringing displays to X, previously referred to as Twitter, again in June.
“It’d be great to have @maddow, @donlemon & others on the left put their shows on this platform,” Musk tweeted.
“You will receive our full support. The digital town square is for all,” the Tesla magnate added.
Lemon took the bait — and he appears to be on a an identical trail as information friends similar to Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson and Chris Cuomo, who all preached an identical “bigger, bolder, freer” messages after they made their respective comebacks after every getting ousted from their respective networks.
Kelly — who used to be axed from NBC, after becoming a member of the community as a morning host from her profitable Fox Information gig — vowed to by no means go back to mainstream media when she introduced her Satan Would possibly Care Media in 2020.
She has since long gone on to seek out luck with the “Megyn Kelly Show” on SiriusXM, and by the use of her YouTube Channel. (She used to be rumored to be making $15 million at Fox Information, and reportedly walked away with $69 million after you have the boot from NBC Information.)
Cuomo introduced his “Chris Cuomo Project” podcast through shouting “free agent!” from the rooftop. He even sells merch with that word on his web page, and he has since landed at burgeoning community NewsNation.
Carlson introduced his personal display on X remaining summer time after his departure from Fox Information.
“We’re told there are no gatekeepers here. If that turns out to be false, we’ll leave,” he stated on the time.
He has since evolved the Tucker Carlson Community, a brand new streaming platform he based as a result of “news coverage in the West has become a tool of repression and control.”
In Lemon’s case, he says, “I know now more than ever that we need a place for honest debate and discussion without the hall monitors. This is just the beginning so stay tuned.”
Lemon used to be stunningly booted remaining April after 17 years at CNN through former CEO Chris Licht, who used to be later ousted from the scoop community himself.
