Leva Bonaparte reminded her staff she’s the boss through firing two servers for consuming at the process all the way through the season 2 premiere of Southern Hospitality.
“Sadly, over the past few years we got a little loose with our rules. It’s my fault because I do like to be a friendly boss,” Leva, 44, printed all the way through the Thursday, December 7, episode of the Bravo collection. “They need to remember they are the hosts of the party, not the guests.”
Leva co-owns Charleston’s Republic Lawn & Living room along with her husband, Lamar Bonaparte. Throughout the season premiere, enthusiasts realized that season 1 celebrity LucÃa Peña was once let move sooner than filming resumed. LucÃa claimed she was once “terminated via text message,” to which good friend Mia Alario spoke back, “You did drink on the job.”
LucÃa, alternatively, fired again that it was once “just one swig” and alleged that Leva by no means gave her right kind caution sooner than the termination. “[It was] my first write-up in seven years,” LucÃa insisted.
Whilst LucÃa’s firing got here as a wonder to her fellow servers, it was once what took place subsequent that brought about the largest disruption. After Mia, 25, realized that Leva sought after an apology from LucÃa for her phase within the drama, Mia flew off the deal with and faced her boss all the way through her shift.
“Leva is on a complete power trip. We work at a nightclub, not a Chick-fil-A,” Mia advised the cameras sooner than she spoke immediately to her employer, pronouncing, “I’m upset. For the hypocrisy that you are showing as a boss.”
Leva was once bowled over through Mia’s feedback and reminded her that “if you drink back here, you’re done.” Mia, alternatively, didn’t consider Leva’s solution, claiming, “I don’t get it. Employees have drank here so many times.”
When Leva requested her to call names, Mia admitted she’s drank whilst on shift. “Then you should be gone too. You are fired. Walk out. You’re done. Good night,” Leva fired again. “You said you drink on shift, you’re done.”
Mia endured to lose her cool, yelling again, “You’re not going to f–k with me,” to which Leva answered, “You are fired. You are not an employee anymore. Out, out, go ahead.”
Leva was once infuriated through the altercation, telling her CEO that Mia “will never work for me in any capacity ever again.” She defined, “I’ve never caught Mia on a camera drinking but if she’s telling me she’s drinking then leave.”
Mia stood her floor out of doors the membership, telling her former coworkers, “My friendship with LucÃa means more to me than this job.”
In other places within the episode, Leva knowledgeable the remainder contributors of her workforce that “regretfully it wasn’t the best week” for the group. She confessed, “I don’t ever like to let anyone go,” reminding everybody to not “fire yourself” through breaking the principles.
After reiterating that consuming at the process was once a fireable offense, the workforce was once left reeling.
“You think our best sales night has been sober?” Emmy Sharrett quipped all the way through a confessional interview. Maddi Reese, who hasn’t drank alcohol in years, teased, “I can get through a shift sober, but they can’t.”
