The Transportation Safety Administration says that a traveler tried to carry an “emotional help pet” boa constrictor snake by safety.

A spokesperson for the company tweeted that the incident occurred at Tampa Worldwide Airport in December when a lady had the snake, named “Bartholomew,” in her carry-on bag. The snake was detected when the bag went by an x-ray machine.

The spokesperson stated that TSA contacted the airline, which stated that she couldn’t carry the snake aboard the plane.

In line with the company, the snake is 4 ft in size.

“There’s a hazard noodle in that bag… Our officers at Tampa Worldwide Airport didn’t discover this hyssssssterical! Coiled up in a passenger’s carry-on was a 4’ boa constrictor! We actually haven't any adder-ation for locating any pet going by an x-ray machine,” the TSA stated in an Instagram submit.
