A 22-year-old Maryland man was arrested Friday in reference to a 2019 capturing loss of life of a teen in Southeast Washington.
Bernard Eddy, 22, of Suitland, Md., was charged with first-degree homicide whereas armed in reference to the loss of life of Steffen Brathwaite, 16, of Southeast Washington.
On Sept. 10, 2019, D.C. had police responded to stories of pictures fired shortly after midnight on the 3000 block of twenty fourth Place SE close to Suitland Parkway within the Garfield Heights neighborhood.
