TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — A Kansas man has been charged with three counts of first-degree homicide after his girlfriend and two younger ladies died in a home fireplace.

Kyle J. Tyler, 32, was additionally charged Wednesday with two counts of aggravated baby endangerment and one depend of aggravated arson, Shawnee County District Lawyer Mike Kagay stated.
