The One Bel Air is a 105,000-square-foot megamansion said to be the biggest modern home in the US.
It listed for $295 million on Friday and will auction online in February.
It has 21 bedrooms, 42 bathrooms, a 30-car garage, 10,000-bottle wine cellar, and a 10,000-square-foot sky deck.
A sprawling Los Angeles megamansion believed to be the biggest modern home in the US has just listed for the cool price of $295 million.
Known as The One Bel Air, the property, which is 10 years in the making, comes from film producer-turned-real estate developer Nile Niami, who initially hoped to sell it for a whopping $500 million, which would have made it one of the most expensive homes in the world.
The megamansion listed on Friday and will go for auction on February 7-10.
It comes with 21 bedrooms and 42 bathrooms. It also boasts amenities like a 10,000-bottle wine cellar, 30-car garage, 40-person movie theater, private nightclub, sky deck, putting green, salon, bowling alley, and more.
At 105,000 square feet, the mansion is believed to be the biggest modern home in the US.

"The One is created for today's billionaire seeking a truly unrepeatable asset, and when it sells, it will be the most significant purchase in the world," said co-listing agent Aaron Kirman in a press release.
